Quick question, I just got back from the U.S. and had my phone temporarily disconnected. "GOING ABROAD 30 DAYS TEMPORARY DISCONNECTION," I have already requested through my account at myglobe.com.ph for reconnection of my postpaid line, however they have not yet re-activated my service. How long does it usually take for reconnection?
Call 7301000 Go to Pospaid and choose option to reconnect your line (3) and talk to the person for faster transaction. Make sure to get the reference number and if their system does not have a problems (they were encountering problems some 2 hours ago) then your line could be activated within the hour. They would tell you however to wait between 24 to 48 hours to tamper your expectations.
