As for your question - I don't know if it's something that we need to even ask. We have signed a contract and agreed to pay and be locked up for a set number of months. It's of course illegal if we don't pay for the services we avail.
The community is not an avenue to rant and encourage everyone to switch to the other telco. If you think there are a lot of reasons to switch to others, there are more reasons to stay.
hi @munchkin, yes we signed a contract but isn't that contract supposedly two-way? Meaning, I'll pay they deliver. If they can't deliver, why will I pay? They're the one who breached the contract first. I'm just staying because I want to retain my number but disadvantages kept on piling.
