    No Internet Connection

      Hi po, I have been a globe broadband subcriber for around 3+ years na and all i can say is laging nasisira ang internet ko and ang tagal po nya bago maresolve at mabalik ang connection ko. Im always calling the hotline (211) and making follow ups for my onsite repair like po ngayon. Hindi naman ako lumalagpas sa due date ng payment and i've been a good payer naman when it comes to my bill. i lost connection from 08-19-13 up to know wala paring connection and nag onsite repair its been 13days now. Tingin ko po naexpirience ko na lahat ng klase ng sira sa internet at umabot nadin sa lagpas 1month (hindi lang isang bes) na ako walang internet kahit na almost everyday na ako and auntie na nagfofollow up . Hindi ko po alam kung bakit madalas nalang ako walang internet swerte na po na 1-2 months ako hindi na sisiraan and more often 1 week mahigit bago po marepair. Naexperience ko na din na yung pangit na service ng mga field technician because some of them are creating false report para po makalusot sila sa pagrepair and promising na ppunta sa inyong location at tatawag and at the end of the day naghintay ka lang sa wala (although some of the technicians naman ay maaus magrepair at mabait). I hope na sana my makahelp sakin and kung my makabasa na higher ups of globe nito sana makagawa po kayo ng paraan para mamonitor mabuti ung mga technicians nyu on repairing your customers internet connection.
