    My Internet Speed not refreshing following day


      Hello I am New Subscriber Globe Tattoo HOME.

      I apply last 2 weeks ago Premium Broadband 5MB,

      I new there is data cap daily 10GB, and following day from 12~5AM they refreshing speed.

      (Some time 2AM, or 3AM)


      Here is my problem, after I use more then 10GB my internet speed it down 30%  and

      not recover following all day. and it recover next following day.

      It happen 2nd time.


      I am monitoring bandwidth usage software, NetWorx, and Cucusoft Net Guard

      check everyday my Internet usage monitor.

















      I report Globe Hotline and schedule Tomorrow check my line.
