Have you verified the account if it is already active? Kindly call the customer support to have it via 211. Provide them your sim serial number.
If it is active already you can BTS the phone.
1. Powercycle - turn it off and on
2. Do manual network selection -
Go to settings > mobile network > network operators > Manual > reselect Globe.
Go to settings >carriers > turn off automatic > reselect Globe.
Go to options > networks and connection > mobile network > network selection mode > MANUAL > search for available networks > reselect Globe 3G or Globe 2G.
3. Do simswapping and phoneswapping - to isolate whether the concern is isolated in the simcard or phone.
