May I ask kung prepaid ka po or postpaid?
If Prepaid, sa sim bed. Sa pinagtanggalan ng simcard andun po yung PUK code. If ever nawala na po iyon you can have the simcard replaced via GTBC(Globe stores) fee for replacement and number retention is P50.00.
For postpaid account - you can call the customer service. 211(mobile) 027301000(landline)
Be ready the 16-digit sim serial numbers you can find at the back of the simcard if its micro and regular type sim. If nano simcard you can check the SSN at the sim bed.
