    i cannot register on ITXTALL30.  been 3 days now.  what is going on?

      i have been using ITXALL30 everyday for 6 months now.. and i had no problem registering until 3 days ago when it started failing... i could not register and this is the love message that i would get everytime: sorry, unable to process transaction at this moment. please try again later.. i tried calling globe hotline thrice about it and the rep would just tell me to try registering again after 24 hours.. i did but still got the same sorry message... what is going on? the rep even told me it should be the high volume of subscribers registering.. i don't believe it.. like i have said i have been using it everyday for 6 months now.. does that mean the high volume of subscribers just started 3 days ago??????
