I had pretty much same problem..what happened is there's a batch of SIM cards that has an issue. Though the line is already activated in their system, the SIM still can't register to the network. What I did is I went to Globe and had the SIM card replaced. I'm not sure if it's the same case with yours, just sharing and hoping it will help. =).
