    Sim card activation after recontracting

      I got the S4 unit last Sept 19, the CSR who processed my request said my new plan will take effect on Oct. 1. I've been calling Globe hotline almost every day and all i got is the same response, no specific answer or solution to my concern until now. all i got is we will escalate your problem to our support group and expect a response 1-2 days. This is really frustrating/disppointing and i really do not know when my problem will be fix. i am considering to unsubscribe due to thr very poor customer service even the globe business center cannot provide the needed help.
