Call the hotline mam/sir, tell them your problem and that one time charges shouldn't be there.

That also happened to me last year but rest assured that Globe shall adjust that and would be reflected in 2 to 3 billing cycles when the verification from the credit card company is syncronized with their credit and billing department. It seems that their systems are not updated in real time which Globe has been trying to improve lately.
In the meantime, follow the advice of @notevenfollowed by reporting it to the hotline so they can make a notation of it under your account and your defense against threats of suspension in case of non payment of the double charged amount.
