Indeed! There's something wrong with the way they reset daily usage. According to their FUP, it is refreshed everyday. Unfortunately, it's not.
If you will read some topics in this community, we all have same sentiments. Getting capped even if you have not reached the quota.
Ano bang problem ng Globe? This is the 3rd time. It's literally pissing me off. Do they have problems counting the bandwidth if I don't turn off my Computer or Modem? Because it seems na they are counting the bandwidth not by DAY but on how much you've used on just 1 IP at least that's what I conclude from the Data I have. If I combine the 5gb I used yesterday and the 2gb+ I used today then that would make sense but that CONTRADICTS with their FUP because they say that the bandwidth refreshes EVERYDAY. THIS IS SO SUSPICIOUS.
