      Topic title says it all. Your tech team will only say cable cut ang naging problem, will it take 4+ days to troubleshoot a cable cut? And even if you guys will say you are willing to give rebates, how about the time wasted waiting for your service can you pay for that? Kindly please resolve GLOBE team.
