    Online Shop: No feedback

      Why do I haven't receive any feedback regarding the status of my postpaid line application through the online shop. I have posted my application last March 29, 2013 but until now there is no feedback from them. I have been following up in the talk2globe chat and customer service at 211 but their reply is consistent wait for our call or email within 24-48 hours... It's almost ten days already. I'm asking on how I cancel the application but they tend to cut the chat or cut the conversation...
