You may have to consult a lawyer for this as there are several factors to consider like purpose, obligations or services to be rendered by each party, roles and responsibilities, duration of the memorandum, etc.
You could also approach Globe's legal department if they would be open to such MOAs or if they have done similar MOAs with other schools to avail of the DepEd service and perhaps a draft is already available.
Basically, a memorandum of agreement (MOA) is more formal than a verbal agreement and less formal than a contract but all are legally binding. Its wordings and structure are better understood than a contract which has a lot of legalstic terms.
