My postpaid reward points is refreshing since July 2013. I've called Globe more than a couple of times regarding this but they can't give me a solid answer WHY this is happening. Been paying more than my 1,799 plan for like 4-5 months now. Sayang naman yung reward points na pwedeng gamitin as Bill Rebate. Who can help me regarding this? Anybody with the same experience? Thanks.
