                What we need is a copy of your statements rather than the SMS you received from Globe to have a better picture of your account history.

                 

                I don't know if it's a typo error on your part or whether Globe made a mistake or not but your payment of Php 1,296 was made when... October 8 or October 7? Or are these 2 separate payments? And why Php 1.296 and not Php 1,799 which is the cost of your MRF? We need more details (like if you availed of a handset with cashout) or you may call 211 for account specific concerns.

                Antayin mo na lang yung hard copy ng bill mo or kung hindi ka makapag-antay sundin mo ang payo ni si Sir @ChitoReyes at itanong mo sa CSR ang breakdown ng outstanding balance mo. Tapos pag nalaman mo na ang breakdown at felling mo hindi tama na may charge/s kang ganun eh, i-contest mo na agad.
