    Globe Ultimate Poor Customer Service!

      Anong klaseng customer service meron kayo? Kung hindi lang dahil sa company ko hindi ako kukuha ng line sa inyo! Business account nga kami sa inyo napaka walang kwenta naman ng services nyo!

       

      1. October 3, 2013 na-cut yung sim ko to activate new LTE sim sa renewal ng contract. After 2 days di pa rin maactivate then defective daw yung SIM kelangan palitan!

      2. Same day naghanap ako ng LTE micro sim sa iba't ibang branches ng Globe center pero walang stock kaya nagpa-reserve ako to deliver sa office ko.

      3. Temporarily pinalitan ng ordinary SIM ng globe yung sim ko pero hindi pa rin maactivate. Ilang beses ako bumabalik2 sa Globe center para mapalitan ang SIM ko!

      4. Fourth SIM, I ended up on regular-cut micro 3G sim and Thanks God naactivate nila (after 2 weeks nang pambubwisit!) Ang-gagaling mag-promote ng LTE puro problema naman ang nangyayari!

      5. Yesterday (3weeks after October 3rd).. new LTE sim has delivered to my office address..wow thank you sa 3 weeks na paghihintay kahit reserved na ko.

      6. I called business account customer service that the new LTE sim has arrived and need to be activated.

      7. I warned HER, "please before you cut my existing 3G sim now, make sure you will be able to activate the new SIM kasi okay na tong 3G sim ko nagagamit ko naman kahit walang LTE", "Sure Sir, walang problema"

      8. During the activation naputol yung call ko, tumawag ulit ako to check the status. NASIRA RAW AND SIM KO KASI MALI ANG PAGKAKA-ACTIVATE! DAPAT SABAY DAW ANG ACTIVATION NG SIM AT LTE, ANG GINAWA RAW NG NAGACTIVATE EH INUNA YUNG SIM BEFORE LTE! ANYARE, SIRA! KELANGAN PALITAN ULIT!. Ito na nga ba sinasabi ko pupunta na naman sa Business Center ng Buwiset na GLOBE na yan.

      9. Pagdating ko Business Center, pinalitan yung SIM ko ng regular cut micro ulit after the long queing, at sinabing may pending request yung sim ko for LTE activation kaya hindi nila mai-activate ULIT!

      10. Kinailangan kong tumawag ulit sa hotline nung nasa Globe Center ako to CANCEL LTE ACTIVATION REQUEST to activate the new SIM!

      Mga bwiset! cancellation lang, hanggang ngayon hindi pa rin ma-cancel yung LTE activation na yan HINDI KO MAGAMIT ANG SIM KO NA BINABARAN MONTHLY NG more than 2000!!

       

       

      ---tapos sasabihin nyo sakin KALMA LANG! I have all the rights to get irritated! Ayusin nyo ang service nyo angn hindi kayo maireport sa kinauukulan!

          @RomanoArbasto... you have all the right to get irritated as I also experienced that sometime last month and discovered that though a lot of people within Globe would want to help, it is the limitation of the current "enhanced" system which seems to be a problem.

           

          Whereas before, there were so many ways to circumvent and/or process customer requests, the present system would have to deal with the requests one at a time that an open window would have to be closed before another window for another request could be opened. This causes a lot of delay specially if the system is not updated by the person who opened the window in the first place.

           

          On the other hand, the system is supposed to be more secure and person responsible could be easily traced. Many of the CSRs are still trying to adjust with this and some of them even find it quite problematic as of the moment but I hear that they are trying their best to address this the soonest possible time.

           

          I am hoping too that the situation gets better sooner than later otherwise more subscribers specially those who do not know the situation may resort to other drastic measures.
