We have been waiting for the promised service improvement since it turned bad more than two years ago. I used to be able to use my mobile in all parts of the second floor of my house and in selected areas of the ground floor. Not anymore. At first, i was actively complaining to your customer service. I kept being asked to be patient as you were upgrading your system. I was even told that by October last year, your service would normalize and become even so much better. That was a year ago. Service has not only NOT NORMALIZED, it has become even worse. Even at full indicated signal on my phone, communication is choppy and garbled. What is happening? Why can you not even make your service go back to what it was before?
