Hi @ItsMelissa1996 ,
I hope this thread can help you.
Just click it and explore
You must be 18 y/o and above and if you dont have a proof of financial capacity you can pay 6 month advance or look for a guarantor which is also a globe subscriber.
Actually , @ChitoReyes i still can't understand why they need the papers and does that mean that they to secure you as yourself that u are financially stable and you're in the legal age ? well, yeah !
i'm not yet in the legal age pa eeh ..
Does they counted how old you are for a candidate of getting a Plan?
Hi again @ItsMelissa1996 ... The papers are needed for 3 reasons which would set it apart from mere hearsay:
1. To identify the applicant;
2. To establish a real billing address for purposes of sending your statement or legal proceeding if the need be;
3. For proof of financial capability to sustain your plan over a period of time and not just a few months.
For that matter, you needed papers when you entered school because your parents had to prove that you were of the right age by submitting to your school a copy of your NSO certified birth record.
In the case of a postpaid plan in Globe, the company ordinarily requires one to be at least 18 years of age because that is considered by Philippine law as the age of majority or an appropriate age where one is perceived to know their legal rights so they can sue and be sued in case one cannot fulfill their legal obligation (like payment of debt/bills).
Hoping it is clearer.
Aaaaah! so that's it pala
Thanks @ChitoReyes .. now i know why d talaga ako kinukuhanan ng plan !
