    Tattoo Home LTE experience July - Oct 2013


      I had my LTE Broadband (plan 1699 3mbps w/ landline) installed last July 2013, sabi nung technician wait for 2 days for activation ng LTE, after 1 week wala, so nag request ako for follow up 4 times yata bago nila pansinin then after another week tinignan yung connection dito sa house. after 3-4 days pa bago umayos yung connection. speed ng connection ko during that 2-3 weeks na yan is (0.5 -1 mbps straight ).


      After ma-resolve, ok na yung connection ko

      not until last week. at nagpaparamdam na naman ng slowdown at intermittent connection. natuluyan lang sya nung last friday where my internet speed is 0.19 - 0.5 mbps lang. I called the hotline last friday and got no update so i called again this afternoon. hope they address this issue the soonest. I gave up my pldt dsl just to try the LTE connection and seems to be a bad decision that I made *sigh*


      Is it possible to terminate the contract?

      I'm now working homebased na kasi and I'm relying on my connection.
