    Galaxy S4 warranty

      hi to all, this will be my first post here, sad to say sa help section pa, well this is the issue...

       

      Last October 1, 2013, i just got my galaxy s4 at plan 1799, well after 2 weeks, the phone died at around 80% battery life, tried to recharge it pero nag rerestart lang, after around 10 mins, nag on na ulit, went back to GBC here at SM Calamba, the CSR told me na dalhin sa shop that does the warranty which is Comworks, sabi naman dun i should leave the phone for 1 week para ma "diagnose" ang problem, so after 1 week they replaced the battery with a new one, so ok na.

       

      then kahapon lang, Nov 01, my phone died again at 60% battery life, then the same issue nanaman. pag naka on, minsan di na dedetect ang sim card, just did a factory reset pero ganun pa din, sa battery pa kaya ito? will be bringing it back to Globe tomorrow, papalitan kaya ulit nila eto ng battery? is there some way na pde nila palitan ang unit kahit lampas na sa 7 days? sobrang hassle na kasi, thanks!
