    Is there really anyone from Globe monitoring this site?


      Can someone point me to the right person here? I want to know that Globe is really monitoring this and that they are (hopefully) using this to get first hand feedback (and grudges) from customers.


      I am not your milking cow so please make sure your services (DSL) are worth every penny I pay! Fix your  god forsaken problem with your FUP that is not resetting thus capping us in the middle of the day! This is so unfair!
