    Charged for Premium True Tones on my bill even if I never subscribed for it


      I've been receiving text messages from a 4 digit number from the day I activated my iPhone. I never knew it was a subscription for a premium true tone until I read about it in this forum.  But wait Iwas charged on my bill for around P52.66 it's not a large amount and I can get away with it but is this how Globe works?


      They're subscribing us to services we never ask for, I just hope that this will stop bec. this might affect customer satisfaction. And one last question can I call customer service to have the charge scrubbed off from my bill?
