As stated in the Terms and Conditions of Globe Autopay...
I suggest that you write to Globe or Innove about the cancellation and have it duly received (stamped by the Globe Business Office to make it official) with a copy furnished (with the Globe stamped received) to your credit card department.Make a follow up a week after and be sure to keep a copy for yourself in case of any future disputes.
- 7. All other conditions in the Subscription Agreement continue to apply. This authorization shall be on a continuing basis unless cancelled by me in writing to Globe Telecom/Innove Communications or by Globe Telecom/Innove Communications.
