    No Billing Statement

      Guys, bakit kaya 2 cut off periods ng walang dumadating na billing statement ko? Di ko actually prefer and paperless billing for some reasons. The last time na ni-concern ko to sa globe store, ang sabi lang saken ng rep eh dahil daw sa system migration. Hanggang ngayon ba on-going pa din and system migration? lol pa advise naman thanks :smileyhappy:

          I think on-going pa din di ko lang alam kung sang phase na sila. You can request hard copy of your billing statement sa Globe store temporary habang wala pa billing statement mo pero ung latest lang ata naipoprovide nila.
