    LBC express wrong Biller company inputted instead Globe...


      Hello po...

      Need assistance lng po dito sa problem ko...di ko po alam if this problem is big or not..kasi po hnd pwedeng magbayad ngaun sa SM rosales Globe Center ng Internet bills..so dun po ako nagbayad sa LBC Magic Mall Urdaneta yesterday(11-08-2013) as suggested by the Globe Center sa SM rosales..


      Anu pong gagawin ko kung mali po ung Biller company na nailagay sa receipt kasi ngaun ko lng po napansin ung papel after kong kakagaling umuwi..Kasi knina po nagpunta po ako sa LBC Magic Mall Urdaneta para po sana magbayad ng Globe Internet Payment....hnd ko po maxadong kabisado ung mga dapat fill-upan sa papel so I let the counter to do it for me pero hnd po ata maxadaong narining ni ate na "Globe po" ung binigkas kong company na babayaran ko hnd po "Innove" .panu po ito?


      e2ng tanong na po e2 tinanung ko na po sa LBC express inc as a comment sa facebook at sabi po nila..

      "Hi Carlos Rommel Sembrano, pwede nyo po ito ipacorrect sa aming Branch sa Magic Mall para maitama ang Biller. Thanks Bert"


      then ngayon po pumunta po ulit ako sa LBC Magic Mall urdaneta para po ipaayos e2ng problem...sabi ko po "Globe po maam hnd po Innove, Globe Wimax po kasi ung binabayaran kong Internet bills" ang reply nmn po ng counter na kausap ko at xa rin po ung counter na nag-asikaso sa akin nun..."same lng po sila"


      so confirm ko lng po if it's true?..sure po ba na maibabayad ung payment ko dun sa globe account ko?..

          Although Innove Communications, Inc is a fully owned subsidiary of Globe, there is a distinct difference in their business offerings. Globe by marketing standards and by business handles the wireless side of communications while Innove, the wired side.


          IN terms of payments and for distinction, it would be best to put what your Statement of Account instructs you to do BUT there are otherways where the payment would go specially if your account number was printed or specified. In this case, your payment would be reflected properly by either Globe or Innove and should not pose a problem for you. 


          In case of doubt, you can always call the hotline and check if your payment was reflected. Just keep your receipt as proof.
