Can someone tell me what the point is if an agent tells you that your desired unit is available (32GB Gold iPhone 5s) REESERVED and is ready for shipment and the expected delivery date is November 20th, 2013, but is not really available?
Why are you even promising your customers false information??
What is the point of reserving something ESPECIALLY after an agent confirms unit is ready for delivery when in actuality you will change the freakin' order?
There was no point to a reservations list.
Recontracting customers DOES NOT get priority.
Notation on account states you called me (the customer) to inform me that the unit RESERVED is not available. NO I DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR CALL. Ghost call ba?
Then make another escalation. With another turn around of 24-48 hours. Hence my delivery date is scheduled for NOVEMBER 20th!
**AND NO I AM NOT WILLING TO WAIT FOR REQUESTED UNIT TO BE AVAILABLE. IT WAS ALREADY RESERVED! UNLESS YOU GAVE MY RESERVED UNIT TO SOMEONE ELSE!**
What kind of policies are you uphearing to? First-come-first serve basis? Again, then there was no point in making RESERVATIONS!
