Hi @kulot !
I don't know if Globe allows this but based on my experience on the OTHER TELCO. They allowed my cousin to transfer his landline account under my NAME.
Actually I'm the one who process it since he's abroad. This is the step I've done:
1. Asked the original account holder to make a letter, asking the TELCO to transfer the account to me (of course you need a valid reason).
2. Provided necessary docs like plane ticket, IDs of me and his.
3. I emailed to the TELCO
4. Wait for the feedback (for me 1 month)
5. Enjoy receiving the bill under the new name.
if you are the account holder at itatransfer mo yung account to another person, you can request it sa store, the receiving person should present necessary documents needed tulad nun nag aapply ng new line, ID (gov't issued), proof of billing at proof of income ng tatanggap ng account, the original account holder will request the transfer, pero it is for approval pa based sa documents na ipepresent
