Hi @john20 ,May I ask sir if it is a prepaid or a postpaid number?1. Have you tried to do manual network selection on the phone?2. Have you refresh the phone by turning it off and on. Or take the simcard out and place it back?For prepaid you should've activated the roaming services before you roam and maintain 100 Pesos for the continuous service.For postpaid have you account check if the roaming services if provided.
