    Wrong cashout charged to bill


      Hi all - I recontracted for an iPhone 5s, and had the cashout for my 16gb unit charged to bill (Php9600, charged to bill for 24 months). But apparently when I called the hotline to confirm this, GBC charged me 14880 (cashout for 32gb) instead of 9600. Agent said that the support team will get back to me after 2-3 working days. 


      Anyone else have tips regarding this?
