I got approved for Plan 999 with iPhone 5S, but the clerk insists na di daw pwede ang charge to bill option. Bakit kaya? Isn't this available in every store or selected stores lang?
I would assume that your subscription is not an auto charge to credit card as Globe would not want to take an addtional risk with you.
It's either that or your credit limit may not be sufficient to accomodate a Charge to Bill option.
