    Contract Renewal but No handset received


      I renewed my contract last March 8, 2013. Until now, i haven't recieved my handset Samsung S3 mini. I already called several times to customer service and loyalty but nothing is done. Who do I need to contact for me to get a resolution for this? Because I believe I am not the only one who is experiencing this. I overheard another agent telling another customer who is having the same issue as mine and he advised the customer to wait within 24-48 hours that the "support team" will call them to provide them the status of their handset. This was the same info given to me 3 days ago and no one called from the "support team".
