      i am new to this.

       

      where should i ask a question regarding my account on Globe Wimax. Coz, it seems Nobody wants to reply to inquiry:

       

      well here is my question,

       

      1. i applied for a wimax plan 799. when the installer arrived our house, (March 25, 2013). they installed as what they have to do. unfortunately when i have to sign to completion form i noticed that the amount posted is for plan 999. so i pay the said amount P999 asking to the technician that the overpayment of P200 be deducted to the billing.

       

      2. today i received my first bill showing the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE of P1,824.341 as breakdown as follows (as what the second page enumerated):

          1) Hindi plan 799 yung nakabit sa iyo, base sa bill mo plan 999 1mbps na ang kinabit. May ibinigay ba sa iyong resibo nung nagbayad ka ng 999 sa installer?

          2) Kaya ko itinanong kung may resibo na noong 999 na ibinayad mo kasi dapat wala na bill mo yung installation fee. Base sa pinakita mong breakdown ng bill mo, yung installation fee na 999 ay ginawang 3 mos. to pay w/c is 333.33

          Yung dalawang charges na 439.27 at 891.96 ay Monthly service fee mo iyon para sa march at april respectively.

          Basta ang nakikita ko lang na mali jan sa bill mo eh yung 333.33 pesos, kasi sabi mo binayaran mo na ito ng buo (999 pesos) noong ikinabit. I-contest mo iyan, basta maipapakita mo yung resibo ng 999 pesos installation fee.

              yes mas resibo, na naka bayad ako nang 999 sa intstaller, so i will ignore the 333.33 on my billing statement.

               

              one thing more, 799 ang inapplyan ko then bakit 999 ang ikinabit? hindi ba pwedeng ibalik nalang sa 799?

              For almost 2 weeks na.

               

              from full bars, bigla nalang naging 2 bars nalang ang signal. hirap maka surf sa net.

               

              could anyone tell me, ano na ang nangyari at ano ang aking dapat gawin dito sa wimax.....

               

              please help me.

                for 2 weeks now:

                 

                From full bars, to 1 bar nalang ang signal sa wimax..... hirap maka connect sa net.

                 

                Please help ano ang dapat kong gawin...
