    NOT getting a validation code


      Since the start of this year, I've been trying to enroll my globe load tipid plan sim to my online account but I never get the validation code required for enrollment. The number I input is correct. I did countless times over the past year to try and enroll it again and again and again but to no avail.


      I've also tried several times contacting globe but all they do is tell me that they will file a report and just wait for feedback which never came. 


      Any tips on how I can get a fix for this? I really need to access my gcash online because I am using their virtual AMEX services. :mansad:


      Any help will be greatly appreciated.
