    Paid the bill but still no internet connection on WIMAX. Help!

      Hi! We don't have internet connection for almost a week now. When I talk to agents they gave me another account saying that the internet(wimax) and the phone is separate. But I am under the impression that it is only one account and the telephone is free. There is only one bill that is being mailed to us. So how come that we have to pay for two accounts? What's worse is that is that we have bigger bills to pay. Please help. :smileysad: 

       

      I've been talking to agents for days and they can't seem to solve my problem. We've paid the bill for full amount and we still don't have any internet connection.
