Have you tried doing BTS? Switch off the handset and remove the battery and sim card. After a few minutes, insert the battery and sim again then turn on the handset.
You can try to use another handset and check if there will be dropped calls. If there will be no dropped calls from the other handset, possible that is a handset problem. But if the problem still persists, possible that there is a problem with the signal coverage within your area.
You can call the technical hotline of Globe. Just dial 211. Open 24 hours.
I think kailangan mo ng i-dial yung technical hotline ng Globe, which is 211, kasi ganyan din problem nung sa'kin. Nagkakadropped calls every 12minutes
