1. Check your handset, baka naman naka data po kayo or may gumamit ng phone nyo na hindi nyo na notice ( i am just stating the possibilities)
2. Call 211 to report your concern. ibabalik ni globe yan kung talagang may mali at their end.

Thank you for returning my P73 load. However, the P20 I last loaded to be able to call customer service is gone. Balance should be P93 and not P73 only. I was right when I told your dubious customer service representative who asked me if I was lying (whatever happened to the customer always being right?) that maybe the last load of P20 will also disappear! And it did, much to my dismay. May I know what causes the disappearance of loads so I know how to protect it from happening again? Kindly enlighten me, please.
When one is sick and then you get this crap, the initial reaction would be to burst out. Masama na nga ang pakiramdam tapos ganito? 1. FYI: I haven't been using my handset as you call it. My cellular data and 3G are off. And no, nobody touches my iPhone except me. 2. I have been calling and calling and calling and calling. And calling. They may have returned the P73 last night. Guess what? They took P43 this morning. And I haven't texted anyone yet although I have several texts to answer. I hope Globe gets to the bottom of this problem. I don't want to keep calling. It's no fun. Hoping Globe will have answers so my New Year will be happy. Thanks.
