Hmmm that seems to be a tough question in this day and age. I can only think of Nokia (soon to be Microsoft) who still come up with feature phones. The recently released Nokia 515 seems to be making some impression. It has a 5MP camera in an aluminum retro keypad body with Gorilla Glass 2 for its screen, and it has HSDPA+ support. No touchscreens here, this is your old Nokia form factor we are all familiar with, with updated specs and a camera that's hard to find in a feature phone. Speaking of hard to find, it's not available locally and Thailand is the closest place you can find one (per Nokia's website).
An alternative would be Nokia's 301. It's no 515 in specs and physical build, but it has a 3.2MP and dual SIM functionality. This one is available locally.
