    Anyone know why we are being charged for a full month this month, when the Globe service was down?


      I have received my post-paid bill for this month and we are being charged for the full period, although Globe tatoo landline and internet was down for at least 50% of this period.


      I have tried emailing and texting the helplines but as usual we get no response.


      Hopefully once PLDT / SMART have completed their new installations here in Bohol, some local competition will help grease the wheels a little .........
