        parehas din tayo ng probelma.. plan 999 ako bagong globe subscriber, already tried calling customer service, all they can do is change pass, so disappointed, I'll have to suffer for 24 months lock-in period! Globe's connection is fast but very unstable!

          I suggest you continuously call the hotline for support. Get a reference number and use that it when following up so Globe will have records of your intermittent connection. You can ask for a refund for those affected days so long as it is properly documented.

          If you already have a reference number from your previous report, you may just continuously provide a screenshot via their Twitter account: @talk2globe and quote the same reference number. Again, this is for documentation purposes only. So when you ask Globe for a refund, they would know that you've been constantly contacting their support but the problem remains the same.

                  Baka Style nila yan pina pabagal nila para mag upgrade ng mag upgrade ang mga subscriber..... Kmi rin dito ganyan ang sina suffer...araw araw.. sbi kc nila may limited cap daw.. ask ko nga kung ano pag kakaiba sa unlimited at limited plan..

                   

                  Sasabhin nila naka limited cap n daw kmi... samantalang kakabukas lng ng modem namin..hehehee... pano kung ang work mo naka salalay sa net...tapus itong globe gamit...hahaha...ANG GLOBOBO BUSOG ANG BULSA PERO ANG SUBSCRIBER BUTAS BULSA KAKABAYAD NG BILLS....KALOKOHAN..... minsan kakabayd mo lng may bill ka pang unpaid...hindi updated ang system...bka nga naman maka lusot ang bills..para dagdag busog bulsa hehehe.... HELLLLLLLLL....tapus pag tumawag ka sa support ala laging available n tech kc busy ang mga tech daming inaayos hahahahaa...GLOBE MAHILIG MANG BUTAS NG BULSA....
