    NO SIGNAL NANO SIM after recontracting

      I got my new phone (iphone 5s) after recontracting last December 23. I was so happy that within that day, nakuha ko na kagad yung phone ko (I read that there were alot of iphone shortage). Kaso.. when I got my phone, they gave me a new sim card, a nano LTE - ready sim card but will only be activated on January 1.

       

      Apparently, the hotline created an advise to give me a new sim reflecting my new plan but can only be used ON JANUARY 1. I said, W*F?! You mean to say, hindi ko magagamit yung phone?! (useless pala ung pagka kuha ko ng phone) hindi daw kasi nila pwedeng palitan yung sim card ko to nano sim dahil nga dun sa ginawa nung hotline. I should wait until January 1.

       

      AND NOW ITS January 1!!!

       

      10AM: hindi padin nalilipat yung signal ko from my old sim to the new nano (LTE) sim. So I called the hotline, ang sagot sakin:

      hindi daw nakalagay sa system nila yung paglipat nung sim, kaya I gave them the serial no. of the nano sim and told me to wait for 24hours. (pero activated na daw ung new plan ko)

       

      1:30: nawalan ng signal yung old sim ko! pero wala padin signal yung new sim ko! So I called again,

      Globe said ITS NORMAL sir. wait lang po kayo and magkakaroon din po.

       

      5PM: 3 1/2 hrs na ako walang signal. I called again. Now they said that this is not normal and dapat daw na escalate siya kanina pang 1:30 (my 2nd call). They asked me if my sim is LTE, I said yes, kaya nga pinalitan yung sim ko para maging LTE capable xa (at nakalagay xa sa sim card). I'm starting to get pissed kasi BAKIT NYO DINEACTIVE yung old sim ko kung hndi nyo pala ako bbgyan ng signal dun sa bago kong sim?!!!!

       

      8PM: 6 1/2  hrs na akong walang signal. I called again. Now they said, the problema was: dapat daw kasi sabay yung pag activate nung new sim and ung LTE. W*F?! yung lang?! e bakit hndi nyo ginawa yun kanina pa?!!! hinayaan nyong mawalan ako ng signal ng ganun katagal?!

      They told me to wait for 2hrs..

       

      10PM: 8 1/2 hrs na akong walang signal. I called again, and now they said, DEFECTIVE yung sim card nyo sir hindi kasi LTE yung nabgay sa inyo.. dapat ipa palit sa globe stores. and I was like: F**K! Pano mgyyari yun e LTE yung nakalagay sa sim?! At kung yan pala yung problema, bakit hindi nyo pa sinabi kanina pang 1:30! e ngayon wala na ako magagawa! sarado na lahat ng stores!!!
       And to top it all up, after ko daw mapa palitan yung sim card ko, I have to wait 24hrs AGAIN. tsk!

       

      I am so disappointed. Nag sisisi tuloy ako na nagpa recontract pa ako dito.

      I feel na hindi alam ng mga agents nyo yung mga pinag sasasabi nila.

      And now I have to settle for Line/iMessage/viber at yan ay KUNG MAY WIFI.
