May copy ka na ba ng Billing statement mo? If meron kang copy and its in your email address then it requires for a password , default password would be your last name and the last 4 digit of your mobile no. (example - delacruz0000) all small letters.
@Dioneca you may call 211 or 027301000 for assistance ask for bill resend from start upto present bill better if you have an email address coz its the fastest way to get your previous bill (it has to be a valid emial address) if the line is under your name then there should be no prob when requesting if not you may ask the account holder to make you as authorize representative so you may ask for any changes or any request regarding the account... if resending has been processed after the conversation you may view you inbox if you recieved the statement if not just wait for an hour... just a few reminders if the msg ask for password your password will be your last name and the last 4 digit of your mobile number also check your inbox it should not be full, add [email protected] to your bookmark so that the msg wont be treated as spam, lastly disable your auto junk setting so that the msg wont go directly to junk msg...
