    Additional Line Request Dilemma

      A globe representative called me using a prepaid phone number after I had applied for an additional line over the globe website. He told me to send copies of my valid ID's to his personal email with domain @globe.com.ph ? Is that legit? I asked him if I can send it to globehotlinesales@globetel.com.ph but he told me to send it to his email address instead for faster processing. I am a bit worried about this since I did as I was told. And now, he is not responding to texts and calls about the approval. :smileysad: Please share your thoughts on this.
