    Inquiry on Billing related to Temporary Disconnection


      Good day,


      My line was temporarily disconnected last month (not sure if I use the wrong term) where only incomming calls and SMS are allowed. I just settled it last week, requested to active the line,  and now, I can already use the SMS, Calls, Data Services. I am thinking about the duration it was disconnected, does it mean that Globe will consider the period as a normal billing days or is there a setup with Globe where the days where the line was temporarily disconnected will be considered as a non-billing days.
