Hi! The Reset Program was offered for iPhone 5 last December. However, that has ended already. Globe doesn't have the Reset Program at the moment.
It is possible for you to get a new handset and to reset back to zero your contract however, it is called now called as pay off fee which you need to settle an amount which will be computed for you by the Reward Specialist, just call them at 7301300! Then after you settle the amount and your balances just call back the hotline to process your recontracting! :-)
