the same what is happening to our internet right now. I called the hotline and they scheduled me for site visit but how many hours later, the internet went back so i canceled the site visit last time. I thought everything was just an isolated case but it happened again and i was scheduled again for the site visit tomorrow again.
Do you still have this problem?
What were the factors that made your internet kept losing?
