    Pre-termination fee problem

      Hi Guys!

I hope you can help me with my problem. Last Saturday I received my Globe bill for the month of December for my previous account which I already terminated last December pa.

Ano po ba yung computation for the pre-termination fee? Grabee di ko kayang bayaran in 1 month yun helppppppp :smileysad:

handset based price less cashout (if you cashout) divided by 24 and multiplied to the remaining months +550 admin fee since your account didnt reach one year, aside from that your final bill will include your overdue balance  (if you didnt settle it), your bill is running even if you didnt use any service unless you requested for temporary suspension.

              Thanks for replying miufille! :smileyhappy:

That's the computation I had in mind also that's why I was shocked that it reached 49k++ when I received the bill. The line was cut off last December din kaya di ko na din siya nagamit. When I called sa hotline, sabi nila may policy daw kasi na I need to pay the full amount of the handset aside daw diyan sa remaining na balance nung handset ko.

Grabe anong klaseng policy yun. Anyway, thanks! :smileyhappy:
