      wala pang 24hours sira na agad yung phone. Dinala ko agad sa gbc, pinadala sakin sa service center, pagdating ko sa SC, 2k plus babayaran ko, initial quotation pa lng dw un pwd pa dw tumaas. Eh halos half n ng original price nung fone sa market.. Ewan ko lang kung ganahan akong magbayad neto.. cloudfone 501d. Free sa plan 499..

          If within 7 days of purchase from Globe then Globe is supposed to replace it from their own stock and not the service center.

           

          Assuming that they told you to go to the service center then they should replace it outright more so that according to your claim it has been less than 24 hours.

            Ini insist nila na ang cover lng ng replacement warranty is ung factory deffect like ngshushut down ung phone.. ung defective nung sakin lcd.. my dents.. chinarge q lng siya ng patay kc un sabi nila.. pgbuhay ko sira na lcd.. kung physical damage un at mishandling dapat sana gasgasin na ung fone. Eh loob lng at ung mismong lcd lng ang sira..

              Babalik ako bukas sa globe store. Nkipg usap aq sa talk2globe sa twittee at tumawag aq sa hotline.. nkpipag coordinate na ata sila sa store.. dalhin ko dw ung unit at ang receipt..
