      hi groupies,

      gusto ko lang i-share ang bad experience ko sa service sa Globe Eastwood Mall

      nag-open ako ng line last jan.6, 2013 so talagang bago pa. nung ginagami ko ung phone (samsung s4). nagkaroon siya ng issue na SIM NOT DETECTED (intermittent) so kahapon which is monday dinala ko sa kanila tapos ni-report ko. so sakto 7th day. sabi nila papalitan na nila pero ang sabi ko may mga files na kelangan ko i-back up. so sabi ng lady pwede naman dalhin the next day (which is today).

       

      so kanina pag balik ko doon iba na ung nakakusap ko na lady kasi ung orginal na nakausap ko may ibang customer. inexplain ko ung nangyari tapos sabi hindi na daw papalitan at dadalhin sa samsung repair center. sabi ko bakit ganun? eh napagusapan namin papapalitan na. tapos sabi ng lady talagang kelangan daw dalhin sa samsun repair center sabay bunot ng form para pirmahan ko. so ako naman dahil ang personality ko eh hindi magalit nag pakita na lang ako ng pagkadismaya kamot ulo. sabay sasabihin nila 1 week.

       

      taena dapat ayusin nila ung process nila sa mga ganitong sitwasyon. gusto ko i-terminate nalang pero mahal ng babayaran ko bwiset. lol!

          You should have insisted to talk to the original person you spoke to or at least told the person you were talking to to ask what the the other person said despite she having another customer. It is your right... stand by it. It might be too late now but if I were you, balikan mo since you have the records that you were there.

           

          Pwede naman yun na-mag shift sila ng customer after finishing with the people they are talking to.
