LTE Sim but can't receive LTE signal.

I applied a postpaid line with LTE Sim card for my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N900 phone bought from Qatar and I am wondering why do I get H and H+ signals even though I already have LTE Sim card? Is SM-N900 doesn't support LTE? Or I am not just in an area with LTE Service?

Hi @terriespears ... assuming your LTE sim is not defective and that you are in an LTE area, you may want to check the technical specifications of the LTE Band of your Note 3 and check if it could be compatible with the frequencies we are using in the Philippines.

Since you said that you bought your phone from Qatar, that country uses bands 7 and 20 for LTE (2600Mhz and 800Mhz) while the Philippines uses Bands 1, 3 and 5 (2100Mhz, 1800Mhz and 850Mhz) and Globe as of now uses only Band 3 (1800Mhz).
