    Globe Twitter Team not assistive at all. Why not tweetback?


      Been trying to get someone from @talk2GLOBE team to assist me via Twitter, two days of checking if there's any response, still 0 zero! But maybe someone here might be able to.


      I have a month old unresolved escalated concern.


      Note: I prefer someone from Globe Team to help or if possible let Globe Twitter Community know that I exist and seeking their willingness to help.(my twitter username @mhadzvii
